Adding newborn Joelle to the family

Here’s a family that I absolutely adore! I first met mom Mckenzie and dad Chris when I was doing their newborn photos for their first daughter, Juliette. I got to follow Juliette through her whole first year. We did newborn photos, milk bath photos at 6 months, and a cake smashing photoshoot for her first birthday.

When Mckenzie and Chris said they were expecting baby number two, I was so excited. Here she is, baby Joelle!

When I first saw little baby Joelle, I was surprised! She has thick dark hair that is so strikingly different from her sister’s wispy blonde locks. They really couldn’t look more different but they’re both so adorable together.

That beautiful, dark hair peaks through the teddy bear cap ever so slightly adding another dimension to this light and white photo of newborn Joelle.

Joelle modeled various flower crowns for us that really helped add to the cuteness factor (not that she needs any help.) She almost gives a slight smile in the sleeping photo below.

Joelle will never be this size again, so it’s great to capture these sweet details from her chubby cheeks to her tiny toes.
