Newborn Nolan: wrapped up tight

When you miss out on newborn photos for your firstborn, you realized how important it is for the second. That was the case for mama Melinda.

Melinda didn’t get newborn photos done for her first son and really felt like she was missing out. When she found out she was expecting another son, she wanted to make sure she documented it.

As such, we did a photoshoot with her second baby boy, Nolan. Nolan’s session was a mini-wrapped session which means we focused on photography where he was wrapped up. Here he is laying inside a heart that’s surrounded with greenery.

We also did a few photos where newborn Nolan is featured on a comfy blankets along with an adorable bear-ear cap to keep his head warm.

This sweet little guy has one older brother that I hope will become a close friend and confidant as they grow up together.

Melinda has said that she doesn’t plan to have any other kids so this newborn session was extra special. It was the first and only time she was able to document her child at this sweet stage of life. I’m so honored that I was able to be a part of that and provide memories that will be a part of Melinda and Nolan’s life forever.
