'Tis The Season For a Maternity Session

It may be chilly out now, but I’m reminiscing about the golden hour photoshoots in Manito Park. This particular shoot was with expecting mamma Season. I love doing maternity sessions like this in such a beautiful place. Not to mention, she had the most vibrant lavender hair and a gorgeous baby blue dress that added a fun, unexpected pop of color to the bright photos. That baby blue gives a little clue to what she’s expecting too!

I was lucky enough to work with Season’s son Sterling as well. He did a great cake smash photoshoot with me for his one-year birthday. He even loved eating the cake while smashing it! It was so nice to work with this family multiple times and document the different stages for them.

Season welcomed another baby boy after this photoshoot, named Bishop. I’m honored that I got to capture this moment as a family before sibling number three came into the picture.

Season may be out numbered by boys in her life now, but I know she’s already a great boy mom and I’m so excited for her and her family welcoming baby Bishop into their lives.
