Getting Wyatt to Smile & Smash His Cake

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Wyatt a few times now. I first got to see him when he was just a newborn for his first ever photoshoot. Then he came back around when I had my Christmas mini photoshoots available.

Now, it’s hard to believe he’s already one year old! He came for his cake smash photoshoot, but he really made us work for it. Turns out Wyatt doesn’t really like cake. It took some effort to get him involved and smiling, but when he does it truly lights up the room!

Wyatt’s mom, Megan, asked for a light and dark blue balloon garland in the background. I really love how the colors work together in these photos. Happy first birthday, Wyatt! I’m looking forward to seeing him grow with ever coming birthday too.
