Vera's Milk Bath: Overflowing With Joy

While everyone I get to photograph is special, Vera is an extra special client for me. She’s my best friend’s baby! That means I have spent the last six months snuggling with her and have been there along the way to share in my friend’s excitement.

It’s not every day I get to photograph a baby that I’ve developed such a close relationship with. I’m also lucky that Vera is such a happy baby with a really contagious smile!

That joy overflowed a little bit, literally. She loved the milk bath so much that she almost flooded my studio! She was just having the best time splashing and slapping the water. She even tried to eat the flowers. Vera has a lot of fun everywhere she goes!

While I did have to stop mid-shoot to grab some towels, I think the end result was worth it. You can tell she’s enjoying herself and I really loved seeing her have so much fun.
