Light & Airy Newborn Asher

Asher Crew Ellsworth came into the world weighing 6 pounds 1 ounce. He was welcomed by his mother Danielle and father Todd. I got a chance to catch up with this family at Asher’s newborn photoshoot. It’s always a special moment when you can capture a baby that’s still so small and new. There’s the excitement of the family and the possibility of this new life that has come into the world.

Mom Danielle loved the classic white background that gives that fresh, ethereal look to newborn photos. It really helps capture the newness of the child and makes sure that your focus is on the family.

Danielle also wanted to incorporate the beautiful, naked baby shots in Asher’s newborn photoshoot. It’s so special to see a newborn’s skin, the wrinkles, and the sweetness of a new human being that was just welcomed into the world. There’s nothing quite like it. Asher did a great job being cradled for these photos to keep comfortable but still show how special a newborn baby really is.
