Two is Better Than One: Twin Newborn Photo Session

I love working with siblings in the studio, but it’s extra special when the siblings are a pair of newborn twins. When mom Jessica reached out, I was so excited to do her newborn photography session with these adorable twins, Lillie and Griffin.

The name Lillie was one that Jessica always loved and decided to spell in this unique way to pay homage to her grandmother’s maiden name. As for Griffin, that name came from Jessica’s step-grandfather. Griffin was his last name and although he was a step-grandfather, he was an important part of Jessica’s family and always treated Jessica like she was his own granddaughter. It felt very special to acknowledge that connection with the one boy in this family, baby Griffin.

Lillie and Griffin were welcomed by their two other siblings, Piper (3) and Rowen (5). These two older sisters were so excited to have the twins join the family. I really enjoyed getting photos of all four siblings together. These sweet moments will be great to have as this family grows up together.
